The Nedbank Gautend Motorshow is a project taken on by AC Local and international marketing’s Allan Cawood the Gauteng Motorshow kicked off in 2004 at Zwartkops Racetrack.

The show kicked off with a bang and already in its 2nd year had a spectator count of 25 000 over a period of 2 days.

In its 3rd year Alan and the crew sadly had to start looking for a bigger venue as they outgrew the space that Zwartkops had to offer, bringing them to the very popular venue of Wesbank Raceway. Breaking their 1st world record attempt by driving a mass quantity of quad and off road bikes from Boksburg to the Venue that year.

2007 has shown to be the most promising year turning out just over 40 000 boys and girls over the 2days as well as showing some really exciting events like the not everyday seen drifting competitions, crazy stunt jumping by Ride Authority and exhibitors of all kinds of motoring back grounds from the smallest RC’s to the spider like 4X4’s. Really something to behold. Trucks, boats, classics to the Extreme racing Cultures.
